They are probably not expecting too many people to buy it, for beastmen is certainly not the most famous warhammer faction, hence the price. People really wanting to get them will pay, others will just pass for it's not awesome of a DLC, next one (wood elves maybe) will certainly be cheaper for way more people will buyt it mindlessly. 'The Fall of Man' is a quest battle. When all the other requirements have been completed for a 'Short Campaign' victory, this quest will trigger, and your army can teleport to the location (if you choose that option) as in any other quest battle.

- There is one main difference between the Beastmen DLC and the Queen and the Crone DLC is the fact that the High Elves and the Dark Elves are not limited by 'No DLC For DLC', so theoretically nothing stops CA for making multiple Lord DLCs for them, even though CA is yet to make an multiple Lord DLC for the same Faction in Total War: Warhammer Trilogy.
Call of the Beastmen is a Campaign Pack DLC for Total War: Warhammer, released on 28th July, 2016.
It adds the Beastmen as a playable race in both the Grand Campaign and a story campaign An Eye For An Eye.

Several months after Call of the Beastmen was released, Beastmen received a free update alongside the Realm of the Wood Elves DLC. This free update added the new legendary lord Morghur the Corruptor as well as the new Harpies unit.
Jabberslyth, Ghorgon and 'Charlemagnes'[edit | edit source]

Two notable Beastmen units that were not included in the DLC were the Jabberslyth and Ghorgon. These were large monster units unique to the Beastmen, which had models in the Warhammer tabletop game. CA's explanation for not including these units was that they would cost too much to model and animate. CA gave the example that the Jabberslyth would have cost as much to create as the entire art budget for the 'Age of Charlemagne' DLC for Total War: Attila (a historical Total War game). This gave rise to a meme in the Total War community where 'a charlemagne' became a unit of measurement for money, and players would ask how many charlemagnes something cost.
