Sure, I can and have played Civ IV; a much more dependable game, for years using Python file patches for the new Mac OSX, but it got boring after a few years. I am very disappointed in both Civ V and Civ VI. If you are a Mac OSX player, stay away from Sid Meier's latest two versions of a great game gone bad. 4 people found this helpful.
