No Umbrellas Allowed is a second hand shop simulation game set in Ajik City, 2080. In Ajik City, you're a total stranger. Can I have two accounts with Umbrella?

We only allow one account per person / per device.

At any given point in time, you are only allowed to have one active loan. To apply for a second loan, you have to close your first loan.

What if I deny permissions?

Umbrella loans are also based on the data we collect from Smartphone. Only if you allow, we can collect and run the credit rating else we won’t be able to determine if you qualify for credit.

What ID documents do you accept?

We only accept the following IDs:

• Philippine Passport
• NBI Clearance
• Driver’s License
• UMID

What documents do you accept for Address Proof?

We accept the following documents for address proof:

• Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Internet Bill, Landline Bill
• Secondary IDs:
  • TIN ID
• Philhealth
• Postal ID
• Barangay Clearance
• Police Clearance
• Voters ID
• NBI Clearance
• Community Tax Certificate

Umbrella loans

What is Service Fee?

We charge a service Fee of ~ 8.8% of the loan value regardless of the duration of the loan. We don’t charge interest rates on the Service Fee. But if the loan is not paid beyond the due date, penalty charges apply for Service Fee too.

How are the interest rates computed?

Interest rates are depending on the duration of the loan - 1, 2 or 3 months. Before you apply for any loan, all charges are displayed clearly in the app.

Why is my application for loan rejected?

After running all the data we collect from you, with your permission and checking all your documents you submit, our system computes whether or not if you get a credit. Loans are rejected when the conditions are not met for the system to approve.

What are the modes of disbursement?

We issue loans via GCash and Cebuana.

To receive your loan via GCash, you need to have a verified GCash account. There will be no charge for this method of transfer.

With Cebuana, you will receive your loan in cash in any of the Cebuana Lhuillier branch near you. . We will be sending a confirmation text with Sender’s name after we process your loan. However Cebuana charges a small fee. This will be deducted from your loan value. Umbrella App will show you the exact deduction when you apply for the loan.

How long does it take to get my loan?

Document approvals generally take anywhere between 60 minutes to 24 hours. Once all documents are approved and the loan is scheduled for transfer, you will receive the loan within 24 hours. However during public holidays and weekends, it could take more time than normal. We also don’t do disbursements during public holidays & weekends.

What does Daily Quota means?

The number of loans we issue per day is limited by a daily quota. Daily Quota is a limit we set for every day and we issue loans until we hit the quota for the day. When this quota is reached, no more loans will be available for the day. You can try applying the next day.

When does it refresh?

12am each day the limit refreshes. Users will start seeing the ‘Apply’ button again until we reach the days’ limit.

Loan Payment

I have uninstalled the App already, how can I pay?

Please re-install the App. Once you pay, you can apply for a new loan with a higher value.

Am I eligible for a new loan once I settled my outstanding balance?

Yes you can, almost immediately. Good loan record will get you a higher loan.

Will my payment reflect in the App right away?

Your payment will get reflected in the App at 3pm, if you pay 6.01pm previous day to 2pm present day.Your payment will get reflected in the App at 7pm, if you pay between 2.01pm and 6pm present day.

Where can I pay?

There are 3 ways to pay your Umbrella loan.

1. 7-Eleven Bills Payment
2. Gcash Bills Payment
3. At any ECPay Outlet

Do I need to send my payment slip to Umbrella?

You do not to send your payment slip. But we suggest you keep it until you see your payment reflected in the App.

Should I use the same collection ID I used last time?

Yes, you may use the same collection ID you used the last time.

I do not have enough money, can I pay in installment basis/partial payment?

Yes, absolutely. We are here to help and if by paying installments is convenient for you, you can happily do so.

Can I loan 10,000 pesos right away? How much is my next loan?.

Our loans limits are based on two things:

1. Previous loan
2. Prompt Payment

Can I pay even on weekends?

Yes, you can pay 24x7 at any 7-Eleven stores, via your Gcash App or at any ECPay Outlets.

What happens if I don’t pay my dues on time?

We allow 7 days extension from due date with a small penalty. Failing which we allow another 7 days with an additional small penalty. Failure to pay even then, will result in the account being temporarily blocked and it goes to full collection mode with a penalty.

While creating custom schedule, how many instalments I can create? And is there any additional interest charges?

You can create a maximum of 3 instalments when you create a custom schedule. No interest charges added to the total outstanding when you create a custom schedule.

What if I miss my custom schedule?

We have extended your payment schedule in good faith. Please pay accordingly. Failure to pay to this schedule will harm your credit in the future.

In Ajik City, you're a total stranger. Because you were rescued few days ago at a beach losing everything, even your memories. The person who saved you is Darcy, who has been operating a 30-year-old one-and-only secondhand shop 'Darcy's' in the city. He has set you as a manager of his shop and gave you the name of his son, Bob.
However, the city seems odd. People don't seem to know how to reveal their thinkings or feelings, or maybe, they're hiding them. They all seem so obsessed, whether in a favorable manner or the opposite, with something called 'Fixerain'. And some people in dark uniforms are calling themselves civil activists, while everyone calls them police-mimickers.
Anyway, Let's Focus On Your Job Here.

Key Features

• Reveal the true value of a strange item
  In Darcy's, your job is to both buy and sell items. When a customer is trying to sell their item, they never tell everything. So you must reveal the true value of it digging what is behind it and adjust the buying price of it.
  It's okay you're not an expert. You can use several tools to get some data: the item's material and condition, the year it was made and any signs of ups and downs of its value.
  But what if the data tells the fact but not telling any valuable information? Here's a know-how book. It contains knowledge and backgrounds such as: the city's history; the signatures of celebrities one of which may be written on an item; the popular brands and the unpopular brands, and more.

• Begin a tug of war with a customer:
  When you're confident with your information, you can start negotiating the price back and forth. The information you've collected build up a price, which you can use as a guideline. Since just a guideline, you'd better cut if off when making an offer.
  However, the customer is a ‘human-being’ that has as much expectation, knowledge and emotion as you. Every time you make an offer, if your fingers were not slipping, they will say “no” or “more” with a bit of annoyance. Or even they can think of an exact amount they want. And don't forget. When you either pull or push really hard during a tug of war, your opponent may get freaked out and rush outside the field.
• Sell much higher than you paid
  If you made it, now you can sell the item. By displaying it on the showcase, one of the prospective customers may come in and decide whether to buy it or not depending on its price that you set when displaying it.
  The basic rule here is BUY LOW and SELL HIGH. But don't get too greedy. If your selling price is unreasonably high, customers mostly give up and items will stay in the showcase for too long.
• Guess what item they are looking for:
  Sometimes, there may be a customer who's looking for a certain type of items. For example, they can ask for something that is suitable for their mother's gift or their cousin's. Other people may be asking for an exact item that doesn't seem to exist.

And this is optional but strongly recommended:
Listen carefully to what your neighbors say. Get around the city and pay attention to what they're talking about. There may be some hints you can use to satisfy your customers as much as possible to prosper the shop.
Somehow, if lucky, you can even get a clue to your past days and find out what is really happening in this city to change its tomorrow.

음 뭐지..며칠 전에 댓글 달았는데 삭제되어서 다시 씁니다.

혹시 손님한테 좋은 품질이거나 좋은 재료, 유명인 싸인이 있는 제품을 말 안해줘서 비싸게 되팔아도 되는지 궁금해요.

아쉬운 게 있다면, 이 게임에는 시간이 부족해요. 여유롭게 플레이하거나 BJ같은 경우 어떻게 할지 시청자와 의논하면서 천천히 깨고 싶은 사람도 있을텐데, 좀만 늦으면 손님들이 짜증을 내네요.

난이도를 상 중 하로 나눠서 손님들이 화 낼 때까지 걸리는 시간을 늘려주면 좋겠어요.

또, 이건 사소한 문제인데, 엘리베이터 움직이는 모션은 왜 빼신 건지 모르겠어요. 아파트 엘리베이터 조작 너무 불편함...E키를 연속 2번 눌러야 최상층으로 갈 수 있음..

마지막으로.. 정식 출시일이 언제인가요? 생각보다 오래 걸리는데...빨리 나왔으면 좋겠네요

제가 듀얼 모니터라 한쪽에 리뷰 작성하면서 플레이중인데 설정(톱니바퀴)를 안 누르면 게임의 시간이 계속 지나고 있는 것이 좋긴 한데 불편해요, 그리고 톱니바퀴에 설정을 바꿀 수 있게 하여 음량이라던가, 그런 설정을 넣어 주시면 좋겠습니다, 어쩌다 보니 첫 댓 쓰는데 오류나서 한 개 더 씁니다, 오늘 알게 되었는데 아쉽네요, 더 일찍 알면 좋았을텐데ㅠ하루라도 빨리 스팀에서 뵈고 싶네요! 스팀에서 뵈요!

초반에 출근 시작 때 엘리베이터 타서 올라갈때 움직이고 있는 상태면 가끔 오류 나요 주인공 캐릭터가 바닥을 뚫고 걸려있는 상태로요, 세이브, 로드가 있으면 좋겠어요, 다시 하는 사람을 위해 튜토리얼 스킵 기능도 있으면 좋겠고요
