When I start the game and load my profile it is mentioned that files B6 turbo and R4 (L134) are missing. According to the options mentioned I removed all dlc ticks, started the game and profile, went back to the menue without playing, ticked all dlc again, but the issue remains. I have also checked all files like it was mentioned in similar cases. But the problem remains. I don't use any mods.
